The basis for this site is the discussion that took place on Technocrat.net(which as of 2005-11-29 has been lost by that site, although evidence of its existence still shows by searching for the URL http://technocrat.net/946562817/index_html at the Internet Wayback Machine like this). The title of the article was A combined defensive/offensive software patent strategy, written by Gregor N. Purdy.
